Our facility will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for our members safety.

We will be providing strategically placed sanitizing stations for our members and guests.

Please be considerate and practice proper social distancing. Our lobby will be optimized for social distancing.

Our members play an important role in helping us keep our facility clean and safe. So, here are some ways you can be Considerate.

We’re requiring all members to wear masks while at our facility so you can train safely and confidently.

Wash your hands for 20 seconds before and after your training session.

Take a rest day or try a workout at home. We will be here waiting for your return.

Give encouragement without touching. A thumbs up or bow is strongly recommended.
